A common approach for many landlords is to wait until something is broken to fix it- our approach is to fix everything up front before it is a problem. We want your experience to be above average by every measure. Every house we make available is brought to exceptional condition. An example of renovations our Commerce property includes:

- Waterproof vinyl flooring in all rooms except bathrooms

In short, the house was entirely torn down to the studs and rebuilt from the inside out- completed in late June 2023. The remodel was intended to ensure the renters have ZERO problems with the property (which ultimately makes our experience as a landlord much more enjoyable).
